Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare and senior care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in domiciliary care, dementia care, and management of diverse care services. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of patient care, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. The Registered Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote high-quality care, and foster a compassionate environment for service users and staff alike.
Duties
- Lead and supervise care staff and support personnel, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and care standards.
- Oversee the delivery of personalised service users care programmes, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring all treatments such as medication administration are properly managed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements related to health and social care services.
- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment processes, training programmes.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to service user records, case management activities, and incident reports.
- Foster a positive organisational culture focused on continuous improvement, safety, and exceptional service user outcomes.
- Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care delivery.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation to optimise service efficiency without compromising quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior management within domiciliary care setting.
- Extensive background working with elderly populations requiring specialised attention such as dementia or Alzheimer's care.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to patient care procedures and medication administration practices.
- Experience in managing complex cases involving home care services.
- Strong understanding of case management principles and working with individuals with disabilities or special needs. Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
