We are looking for experienced 1st Fix Carpenters / Timber Frame Carpenters to join our team on a range of new-build residential projects in and around Plymouth. This is to work on price and the price list is available when applying for the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled carpenters looking for ongoing work on quality developments with competitive price work rates. The work is long term.
Duties Include:
- Timber frame erection
- Floor joists and floor structures
- Studwork and partition walls
- Roof trusses and roof structures
- Structural timber work
- General first-fix carpentry on new-build housing developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 1st fix carpentry
- Timber frame experience preferred
- Ability to work from drawings
- Own tools and transport
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- CSCS card
