THE ROLE
Working as a key member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you'll provide person-centred care to guests supporting them with daily activities including personal care.
MAIN DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support guests with personal care, daily living activities and nutrition.
- Respond to call bells and report any concerns to nursing staff.
- Record care provided and changes using care documentation systems.
- Promote dignity, independence, equality and choice for all guests.
- Support the emotional and wellbeing needs of guests and visitors.
- Follow all Leuchie House policies and care plans.
- Follow Health & Safety, hygiene, COSHH and manual handling procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Preferred due to our remote location)
- No experience necessary (fully funded training provided)
- Good communication skills
- Caring and compassionate
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Completion of a satisfactory Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check

Hours
Twilight shifts worked on a fortnightly basis, totalling 39 hours per fortnight (usually 5pm-11:30pm).

Pay: £13.78 per hour
