Leeds (LS12) | Monday–Friday | PM Shift
Divert is a growing commercial waste company in Leeds, rated the best in the UK. We are looking for a Class 2 (Cat C) driver to join our team with immediate starts available.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with built-in bonuses that push earnings well beyond basic salary.
Pay & Earnings
Total realistic earnings: up to £48,540 per year
This includes:
- £40,500 basic salary
- £3,000 performance bonus (£1,500 every 6 months)
- £50 per day single-man route bonus (averaging £3,400 per year)
- £80 per bank holiday (£640 per year)
- Overtime paid at £21.63 per hour
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- PM start (2pm or when AM shift finishes - Varied between 10am and 2PM)
- Up to 48 hours per week (plus breaks)
- 1 in 6 weekend mornings (Overtime)
The Role
You will be driving an RCV collecting commercial wheelie bins across Yorkshire.
- 74% of routes are double-manned
- Modern vehicles (4 brand new vehicles in 2026)
- Well-planned routes
- PDA route guidance
What you need
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Driver CPC
- Digi/Tacho card
- RCV experience preferred (not essential)
