We are looking for someone to join our Teapot Café team, primarily working in the kitchen!
This is a permanent position, working 5 days per week. Tuesday - Saturday.
The suitable candidates will need to have/be:
- Previous hospitality/catering experience
- Hard working, reliable and passionate about providing quality service
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Previous cooking experience is essential
Duties to include:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately on a POS system
- Prepare and serve food and drinks
- Ensure cleanliness of the café, including seating area & kitchen
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
