MannBenham Advocates is seeking an experienced and ambitious Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join our established and growing Property team in Douglas, Isle of Man.

About you
We welcome applications from Solicitors, Barristers, Advocates, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and other experienced property professionals.
You will ideally have:
- Relevant experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge within your area of property practice
- The confidence to manage matters independently, with support available when required
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, practical and detail-focused approach
- Strong client-care skills
- Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement
- An interest in developing your career and contributing to the growth of the firm

The role
Depending on your experience and area of specialism, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a range of property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing property documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, surveyors and other professional advisers
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- Delivering a responsive, efficient and client-focused service
- Building strong and trusted client relationships
- Contributing to the continued development and growth of the Property team
