We are looking for two people to join our team, to cover Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays covering a minimum of 12 hours per week and have availability to cover for holidays or sickness leave. For example, one person to cover Tuesdays and Wednesdays, one person to cover Thursdays and Fridays, and both people to cover alternate Saturdays. We can discuss hours for the right candidates however the weekday shifts must cover the lunchtime and afternoon periods (example of hours 10.30am - 5.00pm) and on occasions potentially finishing shifts at around 5.30pm/6.00pm. On Saturdays the shift will cover a minimum of 4 hours.
There will also be opportunities for overtime, particularly during school holidays. Pay will be national minimum wage for your age band plus tips.
The job role includes food preparation, serving customers, taking orders, making drinks and general cleaning tasks. You must be happy and comfortable to engage with colleagues and customers. You must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, particularly during busy periods. Understanding food hygiene practises is essential. Due to the involvement in food preparation, clean fingernails are essential therefore we cannot hire anyone wearing false nails or any types of nail varnishes/polishes/creams etc. Please do not apply if you are not happy to have bare, clean finger nails.

Ideal Qualifications
- Previous experience in serving and hospitality
- Proficiency in catering services
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices
- Coffee shop/café experience or similar background
- Barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused approach
