Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately during transactions.
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer inquiries politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash, card, and digital payments securely.
- Support stock replenishment and merchandising at the tills.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and store presentation.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
