Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present fresh, high-quality meals.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the management and front-of-house team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- A passion for producing consistently high-quality food.
