Front of House – AMP Athletic HQ, Marylebone

AMP Athletic is a premium performance and wellness company operating across London's most prestigious addresses. We're looking for a Front of House team member to join us at our Marylebone headquarters — someone who takes genuine pride in the environment they work in and understands that great service is in the detail.
The Role
You'll be the first and last impression our clients have of AMP. That means maintaining an immaculate facility, delivering a warm and professional welcome every time, and keeping the day running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn't a passive desk role — we need someone who takes ownership of their space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and managing the reception desk with a consistently high standard of service
- Keeping the facility clean, tidy, and presented to the AMP standard throughout your shift
- Managing bookings and client communications
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Handling queries professionally and escalating where needed
What We're Looking For
- A natural people person with a genuine commitment to exceptional client service
- High personal standards — you notice when things aren't right and you fix them
- Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
- Experience in a premium fitness, hospitality, or service environment preferred
- Familiarity with Mindbody booking software is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person
- Available to start within the next two weeks is highly advantageous
