Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial premises during morning hours. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous janitorial experience or those looking to develop their skills in commercial cleaning. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and communal areas
- utilise cleaning equipment and products effectively to ensure hygienic and presentable environments
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes to meet client expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
