Job Description
HB Stewart Industrial Technologies Ltd is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and operational performance of our facilities and industrial assets. This role is responsible for developing preventative maintenance strategies, managing engineering resources, and ensuring all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UK regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities across manufacturing and office facilities.
- Manage maintenance teams, specialist contractors, and external service providers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Develop asset maintenance schedules that maximise equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and lifecycle planning for critical infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, environmental standards, and statutory inspections.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, engineering maintenance, or industrial operations leadership.
- Strong understanding of building services, mechanical and electrical systems, and asset management principles.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, contractor performance, and continuous improvement programmes.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,300.00 per month
