We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operative to join us at our site in Bristol, supporting our customer, Sainsbury’s. This is our recent new business win, so an exciting time to join!
From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders, you could be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
You will be working on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 21:00-06:00.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll get:

An hourly rate of £15.82
- An additional £5.22 per hour night shift allowance

An additional £3.95 for any hours worked on weekends

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Our Warehouse Operatives work in the chill chamber – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain

Picking and packing orders from a wide range of products using a wristwatch picking system

Get involved in other warehouse-related duties that may arise during your shift

Comply with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse
What you need to succeed at GXO:

Willingness to work in a chill environment

Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous

Flexibility and a ‘can do’, right first time and passionate approach

Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing
