We are looking for a fab individual to join our amazing catering team at our Mostyn branch.
The role of our Café Assistant is very varied and can include serving a variety of hot and cold foods, drinks and carvery, till work, waiting on and clearing tables or dish washing. You will also be required to assist in cleaning duties, stock replenishment and some kitchen duties such as veg preparation and sandwich making.
You will also cover cooking duties. We offer our customers a range of dishes from roast of the day, quiche, toasties, full breakfast, pies, etc. You should have experience of volume cooking, an understanding of menus and be prepared to adapt dishes subject to availability of ingredients. You will also be responsible for paperwork, temperature checks etc. Training is available.
An interest in food along with a passion for great customer service is essential.
You should either hold or be prepared to undertake training for a Food Safety L2 certificate and, due to the cooking duties you should be at least 18 years of age.
Flexibility with working hours/days including weekends & Bank Holidays is essential.
The role is for 15 hours per week over any three days plus additional casual/flexi hours/days as required
Our Café is situated at our Head Office and Retail site at Mostyn, North Wales.
