As our specialist residential services continue to grow, we're looking for passionate and dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Workers to join our team.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with complex needs within a specialist residential service.
Working alongside Behaviour Specialists, Senior Support Workers and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual's strengths, goals and needs.
Your role will include:
- Supporting people with daily living skills and personal independence.
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies and individual support plans.
- Promoting emotional regulation and positive coping strategies.
- Building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect and consistency.
- Supporting individuals to access activities and opportunities within their community.
- Maintaining a calm, structured and therapeutic environment.
- Responding safely and professionally during incidents of distress.
- Completing accurate records and contributing to reflective practice.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care.

Essential Experience
- At least one year's experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar care role.
Desirable Experience
While not essential, experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health support
- Supporting people with behaviours of concern
- Complex communication needs
- CPI Safety Intervention
Full specialist training will be provided.
Qualifications
Desirable:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Other Requirements
You'll need to be:
- Flexible to work a rota including days, nights, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Willing to complete mandatory training, including both online and face-to-face learning.
- Committed to delivering safe, person-centred, values-led care.
