The Individual
Bayleaf FM are looking for an experienced hands-on Finance Analyst to join the Accounts department, reporting to the Financial Controller.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who has used a standard recognised accounting system and has at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar position. Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Part - Qualified accountant (or QBE) with 5 years’ experience working within an FM / Cleaning
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Good timekeeping
- A “people person” able to develop strong working relationships across the business
- Experience with implementing A.I / Automation
- Proficient with finance systems – Xero preferred
- Sage50 Payroll experience
