Our Driver’s Mates are here to assist our Home Delivery Drivers when delivering our products to our customers. As a Driver’s Mate, you will be an ambassador of CareCo and should be committed to providing the very best service to our customers at all times.
This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo’s Leeds site.
What are my responsibilities?
- Assisting in the delivery, installation, and demonstration of mobility products throughout Leeds and the North.
- Assist in carrying out inspections of faulty products on site.
- Assist in the collection of faulty products to be returned to our Leeds Depot.
- To attend training courses as required.
What qualifications & skills are required of me?
- Must be self-motivated, polite, and professional.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Experience in a similar role in the past would be ideal.
