Job summary
The purpose of this role is for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and goods. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting the wider operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain.
Core responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure accurate logging and recording of goods received, including updating inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch goods as required, ensuring all documentation is correctly completed.
- Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks and audits.
- Maintain an organised and clean store area, ensuring goods are stored safely and securely.
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfil material requests in a timely manner.
- Carry out quality inspections and testing of products
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the stores operation.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
