We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their quality of life through targeted physiotherapy interventions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including evaluating movement, strength, flexibility, and pain levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physiological principles, medical history, and patient goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided, patient progress notes, and clinical observations in compliance with healthcare standards
Skills
- Proven experience working in Occupational Health
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Experience providing physiotherapy care for occupational health patients with specialized needs in occupational health settings
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to supporting recovery and well-being
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Familiarity with current physiotherapy techniques, modalities, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple cases efficiently independently
