Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team at The Ash Tree.
As Duty Manager, you will lead the team during service, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the day-to-day running of our restaurant and bar. You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of food, service and hospitality.
Previous experience in a restaurant, pub or hospitality management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
