The role will primarily involve providing executive and administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and leadership team, enabling the effective delivery of business priorities and strategic objectives. The role is responsible for coordinating executive activities, managing communications, organising meetings and events, maintaining accurate records and supporting business projects.
The Executive Assistant will work collaboratively across the organisation, exercising professionalism, discretion and initiative to ensure the efficient operation of executive support services.
- To provide effective and efficient administrative support to board members.
- To maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s services, systems and processes to deliver excellent customer service and to act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, anticipating requirements and resolving issues proactively
- Produce reports, correspondence, presentations and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and events efficiently.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s services, systems and processes to deliver excellent customer service.
- Management of confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. Knowledge of working in an Office environment – Estate Agency/Chartered Surveyors office preferable.
