Part-Time Viewings & Inspections Agent

We’re a friendly, well-established letting agent in the heart of Edinburgh and we’re on the lookout for a part-time Viewings & Inspections Agent to help us show off our properties and keep them in great shape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Carrying out routine inspections (no toolbelt required)
- Taking advertising photographs for new properties
- Being a reassuring, professional face for tenants and landlords
- Feeding back any issues to the office team
You’ll be great for this role if you:
- Are personable, reliable and well-organised
- Have good communication skills and a friendly manner
- Enjoy a varied role and working independently
- Have previous experience in lettings or property management
- Don’t mind a bit of walking (Edinburgh streets included)
- Have a full driving licence (essential)
