Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all visitors. Prior hotel or janitorial experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure all public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms are kept tidy and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linen as required.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary to ensure timely availability of clean linen and towels.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards guests at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for providing exceptional guest service.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
