We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead and inspire a vibrant early childhood education environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and support nursery staff through coaching, supervision, and professional development
- Develop and implement engaging early childhood education programs aligned with best practices
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations and standards
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community partners to promote trust and collaboration
- Oversee enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative duties
- Promote a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and social-emotional growth among children
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Extensive experience working with children in childcare or preschool environments
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and childcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with staff, parents, and stakeholders
- Valid driving license to facilitate transportation needs if required by the nursery’s operations
- Demonstrated commitment to child safety, well-being, and inclusive practices

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
