Due to continued growth, RJC Lowloaders Ltd is looking to recruit professional, reliable drivers to join our expanding team.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Class 1 HIAB Wagon & Drag Drivers
- Class 2 Rigid HIAB Drivers
- Class 1 Drivers – Construction Machinery & General Haulage
Based from our modern depot at Ditchford Mill, Rushden, Northamptonshire, you'll become part of a well-established family-run business operating throughout the UK with a modern fleet of specialist transport vehicles.
The Role
Depending on your position, you'll be involved in transporting:
- Construction and plant machinery
- Rail infrastructure equipment
- Portable buildings and modular units
- Containers
- General haulage
- Specialist HIAB lifting and transport
Our work is varied, challenging and rewarding, with no two days the same.
Hours of Work
- Guaranteed full-time, permanent employment
- Typical working week 50–60 hours
- Overtime available
- Typically 1–2 nights out per week (depending on workload)
- Consistent work throughout the year
What We're Looking For
- Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- HIAB experience preferred for HIAB roles (ongoing training and development available)
- Professional, reliable and safety-conscious
- Good customer service and communication skills
