The Role
As Deputy Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Nurse, contributing to the efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical activities within the surgery. The practice is looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives on a varied caseload and is keen to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Working Hours & Flexibility: Full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, with each shift being 9 hours long, incorporating a mix of consulting, inpatient, and surgical duties. The weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern, with duty nights on rotation. The practice is open to discussing flexible working patterns to accommodate individual needs.
