Summary
Cima Care Consortium are recruiting for a manager to support services in the Sutton in Ashfield area of Nottingham. The post will support the Senior Manager and hold a registration with CQC. We are looking for a dynamic energised, resilient individual with strong leadership skills. You will need experience in managing residential services for individuals with complex and diverse needs.
Registered Manager – Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our care service, delivering high-quality, person-centred support while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated care team, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
- Create and manage effective staff rotas to meet service needs and ensure appropriate skill mix on every shift
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, health & safety legislation, and internal policies
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring continuous improvement and excellent service delivery
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and identify opportunities for service growth
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, local authorities, and external partners
- Handle complaints and compliments professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and learning opportunities
- Chair team meetings, provide guidance, and lead by example through hands-on support
Supporting People
- Promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful engagement within the community
- Develop and review person-centred support plans alongside individuals and their support networks
- Empower individuals to make informed choices and live fulfilling lives
- Encourage positive risk-taking to support personal growth and development
- Ensure safeguarding practices are always upheld and concerns are reported appropriately
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date record keeping in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the service
- Maintain high standards across all administrative and operational systems
What We’re Looking For
- A strong, confident leader with 5 years minimum experience in a Registered Manager role
- Multi Site Management experience
- Level 5 Qualified (mandatory)
- Hold a valid driving UK licence
- A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage teams, performance, and service delivery effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- This role requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
