About the Role:
At Ideal Study Abroad Ltd, we help students take the next step toward international education with confidence, clarity, and proper guidance. Based in Aberdare, Wales, we support students, education partners, and institutions through admissions coordination, compliance checks, and smooth application processing.
We are looking for an Admissions and Compliance Manager who can take ownership of our student admissions process and ensure every application meets the required standards. This is a key role for someone who understands education services, documentation, compliance, and the importance of accuracy when supporting students who want to study abroad.
You will work closely with students, internal teams, partner institutions, and external representatives to make sure applications are handled professionally, deadlines are met, and compliance requirements are followed at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Management:
Oversee the full student admissions process, from initial application review to submission and follow-up with partner institutions.
Compliance Checks:
Review student documents, identification, academic records, financial evidence, and other required paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Application Coordination:
Work with students, counsellors, and education partners to collect missing documents, resolve issues, and meet application deadlines.
Process Improvement:
Maintain organised records, improve internal admissions workflows, and ensure all applications follow company and institutional standards.
Team Support:
Guide junior admissions staff or administrative team members, providing support on document checks, application updates, and compliance procedures.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise professionally with students, parents, partner schools, universities, and internal management regarding application status and requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare regular updates on application progress, pending cases, compliance issues, and admission outcomes for management review.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in admissions, education consultancy, student recruitment, visa documentation, compliance, or international education services is preferred.
Compliance Knowledge:
Strong understanding of document verification, application requirements, student records, and the importance of following proper procedures.
Organisation:
You can manage multiple applications at the same time, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records without losing attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
You are confident communicating with students, education partners, and internal teams in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
Problem Solving:
You can identify missing information, resolve application issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.
Mindset:
You are reliable, detail focused, professional, and committed to helping students complete their application journey correctly and efficiently.
Pay: £3,700.00-£4,500.00 per month
