Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food preparation and serving
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong background in serving guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing attentive service
- Prior experience in culinary or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory
