Solicitor/Lawyer – Dispute Resolution Department
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor/Lawyer to join our busy and expanding Dispute Resolution Department.
We are looking for someone with at least five years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in civil and/or commercial litigation. The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload and work alongside our established team on a broad range of contentious matters.
The role would suit an experienced litigator who is comfortable running matters with a good degree of autonomy, whilst enjoying the benefits of working within a supportive and collaborative department.
Key Requirements:
- Solicitor/Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE or equivalent experience
- Good experience of civil and/or commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to resolving disputes
- An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department
