We are a growing business operating a portfolio of market halls, food halls and commercial properties across Wales, including some of the region’s most recognised destinations. Our businesses support hundreds of independent traders, food vendors and occupiers, creating vibrant environments for both customers and businesses alike.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator / Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and financial operations of the business.
This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks, keeping things organised and being an integral part of a busy and fast-paced business. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple aspects of the organisation, supporting both the finance and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Credit control and customer account management.
· Monitoring and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
· Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
· Processing and filing documentation.
· Sorting and distributing incoming post.
· Scanning, uploading and maintaining electronic records.
· Assisting with invoice processing and supplier administration.
· Supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
· Maintaining accurate records and databases.
· Liaising with customers, suppliers, tenants and colleagues across multiple sites.
· General office management and administration duties.
Skills & Experience
· Previous administrative, office management or accounts experience preferred.
· Experience using Xero would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
· A proactive approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.
· Professional and personable manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
· Comfortable working within a busy and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being organised and is willing to get involved in a wide variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently whilst also supporting the wider team.
This role requires someone to be based on-site, however we are flexible regarding working patterns and would consider full-time, part-time, school hours or a four-day week for the right candidate.
