Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring,balayage highlights and styling hair.
- Perform front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance and support.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients.
- Perform eyelash extensions for interested clients.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
