We are a specialist mortgage brokerage operating primarily in the bridging finance and specialist mortgage markets, arranging finance for both residential and commercial property assets. The business is founder‑led and deliberately hands‑on, with a strong reputation for complex, non‑regulated transactions and bespoke client solutions.
With deal volumes increasing and plans for growth, we are looking for a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to support with the next stage of expansion.
About the Role:
This is a hands‑on Mortgage Administrator position focused on post‑submission case management. You will take ownership of progressing cases from application through to completion, ensuring nothing stalls due to lack of follow‑up or administration.
You will be managing submissions, chasing lenders and solicitors, coordinating documents and keeping cases moving at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting underwriting and submitting cases to lenders
- CRM Management
- Chasing solicitors, lenders, valuers and clients to drive progress
- Managing multiple live cases simultaneously, including portfolio builds
- Updating files using detailed fact‑finds and CRM System
- Handling inbox management, documentation and general case administration
- Ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail throughout the client journey
- Office‑based role in Luton with hybrid flexibility
Skills & Experience
- Experience within an Administration Role
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable chasing third parties
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Resilient, energetic and able to manage pressure and volume
- Positive attitude and cultural fit are as important as experience
