We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator with expertise in credit control and sales support. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring smooth operational workflows
- Manage credit control processes, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on payments
- Support sales activities through lead generation, telemarketing, and client follow-ups
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft for data entry and financial record keeping
- Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information
- Assist with analysing financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational efficiency
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in credit control and accounts payable procedures
- Excellent telemarketing and communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Analytical skills for financial data interpretation and reporting
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is advantageous
