We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development & Applications Executive to join our team. Duties
- Lead the development and enhancement of product applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and technical support to streamline product launches and updates
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and clients, showcasing product features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to product applications promptly and effectively
- Manage project timelines using organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of development milestones
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cloud service providers like AWS and Azure to optimize application deployment, scalability, and security measures
Skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving client issues
- Effective communication skills in English for both written reports and verbal interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and organizational tasks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for application hosting and management
- Solid understanding of IT principles relevant to product development environments
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
