Status: 12 month fixed-term contract
Salary: Band 6, £38,927 - £47,026, per annum, dependent on experience, plus 5% Outer London Fringe Allowance
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 16:30, hybrid, 2 days in office, 3 days at home.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century, we’ve been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) resulting from military service. We have teams across the UK providing online and in-person treatment and support, depending on the individual’s needs and circumstances of those who need us.
About the role:
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, deliver and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, using data and audience insights to drive awareness, supporter acquisition, lead generation and fundraising performance.
You'll also test new channels, optimise campaigns through continuous experimentation, and work collaboratively to deliver measurable growth and maximise the impact of our digital marketing activity.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
