we are a luxury pamper party venue in Brentwood high street opening this month. this job entails working with children doing treatments, hair glitter,painting nails, styling hair and running a children's party successfully, leading a team and working within a set time frame. professionalism is a must and customer service needs to be kept to the highest level.

- Must be able to run the venue the venue with a team of party assistants
- bubbly, outgoing and ready to have fun.
- Must be reliable, time keeping is a must and being organised.
- Previous experience in a leadership role with running children's parties
- Strong knowledge of how to deal with and take control of a group of children .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Be inline with our core values and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
