We are looking for an experienced RGN with a valid PIN to join our existing team of qualified staff to help deliver a first-class compassionate service to the residents of our dual registered nursing home.
Based in Twickenham we are an established home, owned and operated by a well-respected and singularly unique charity.
We are seeking an experienced RGN to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a person-centred care programme, that meets the needs of each resident and takes into account individual’s age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and spiritual needs. We offer an excellent standard of full time residential and nursing care enabling us to offer care to those with varying levels of dependency. Candidates must have care home experience, good communication skills, be confident with liaising at all levels, have excellent spoken and written English and demonstrate a genuine interest in the compassionate care of the elderly.
To ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity and that individual’s rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
To assist in leading and managing the Care, Laundry staff and Catering staff in the delivery of nursing care, and participate in the day-to-day management of the Home, promoting exceptional care at all times.
DAYS & NIGHTS
Pay: £27.00-£27.47 per hour
