Mobile Technician

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 plus 1 in 2 weeks on call
We’re looking for an ambitious Mobile Technician to join our growing team in St Austell. Whether you already have mechanical experience or you’re looking to enter the industry, we provide full training through an intensive 8-day course to get you fully equipped and confident in the role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems
- Diagnosing faults and providing solutions on-site
- Building relationships with customers
- Proactively identifying and chasing new sales opportunities
- Growing your own client base

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Previous experience in a technician, engineer or mobile service role
- Experience in working with hydraulics or mechanical experience
- Holds a full driving licence
- Confident, driven and self-motivated
- Enjoys speaking to customers and closing sales
- Happy to work independently
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers, and turning opportunities into commission.
