The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager within the promotional merchandise industry to join a fast-growing company with a supportive and forward-thinking team.
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day account management and administrative support, handling quotes and orders, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the process. The role will involve working closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to deliver high-quality branded merchandise on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of clients, preparing and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers to source products, develop client ideas and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and order tracking using internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to support wider business objectives and project work.
- Assist with new client enquiries and help develop strong relationships to support business growth.
- Attend client meetings, industry events and other site visits when needed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management within the promotional merchandise industry (3 years experience mandatory).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and handle multiple projects, tasks and clients at any one time.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience using Promotional Office (industry software) would be a strong advantage.
- Experience with sourcing products and suppliers within the European market.
