Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of vehicles from deisel, petrol and hybrid to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment maintenance. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on cars
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostics tec, and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised instruments.
- Assemble new equipment or parts as required, following detailed technical specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large or cumbersome parts or machinery components.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and ensure proper functioning post-installation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and organisational policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of dia, technical diagrams, and mechanical principles.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Knowledge of equipment repair procedures and preventative maintenance A
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £26,065.47-£42,104.90 per year
