L&I Eaton Accident Repair Centre are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Edinburgh.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident dealing with customers, organised, and able to deliver excellent service throughout the repair process.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is being repaired.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and face-to-face
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Booking vehicle collections and deliveries
- Liaising with insurance companies and third parties
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Carrying out customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
- Supporting the wider office team in a busy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
Experience within the motor trade or accident repair industry would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
