Job Description:
Receptionist
We are looking for a receptionist to work in our Riviere Towans Office. You will be dealing with calls, bookings, enquiries and emails as well as guests and owners who may call into the office. We are offering 20 hours work per week. The days required to cover reception will be a Monday and Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Sunday morning 9:00 to 13:00. Some weeks, days may alter to cover other staff but this will be by arrangement. You will be liaising with the Reception Manager as well as other managers and trades.
The successful applicant will have good customer facing skills and ability to discuss customer issues in a competent and cheerful manner.
The job will entail various aspects including:
- Dealing with guests and owners who call into the office.
- Dealing with calls and enquiries in-person, via email and phone from owners and guests.
- Taking bookings & payments.
- Discussing customer raised issues, logging them and passing information to relevant staff.
- Passing messages to the appropriate person using the systems provided.
- Further in-depth details will be given at the interview, and full training will be provided.
