Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Support team members in daily front desk operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
