Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide expert residential mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Recommend suitable protection products where appropriate.
- Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.
- Motivated to maximise earnings through a high-quality lead source.
