Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie and Senior Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional kitchen focused on exceptional food, high standards, and continuous development.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Essential: Previous experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or high-end fine dining
- Strong knowledge of classical cooking techniques
- Passion for quality ingredients and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service
- A positive attitude and strong team player
