About the Role
Due to sustained success and growth, we are offering a pivotal opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is a critical office-based role that provides the administrative and logistical backbone for our operations, ensuring the smooth running of all key functions.

Key Details
- Location: Foxhole Rd, Chorley, PR7 1NY.
- Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm).
- Salary: £23,200 – per annum.

Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks vital to operational efficiency:
- General Administrative Support: Executing essential duties such as precise filing, document management, and accurate data entry.
- Communications: Managing all incoming phone calls professionally and acting as the primary initial point of contact.
- Logistics & Travel: Assisting with the booking of accommodation and coordinating vehicle hire equipment for field teams and management, often at short notice.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating records within company software systems to ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
- Operational Inventory: Assisting with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tool picking, alongside maintaining stock-control records.
- Team Assistance: Providing direct support to the core Office Team and wider Management Team as required.
- Coverage: Providing cover during annual leave and staff absences to ensure continuity across departments.
The Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a professional administrative role.
- Organisational Excellence: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Data & Software: Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive "can-do" attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a true team-player mindset.
- Resilience: Ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to reliably commute to the Chorley location.
