About the role
We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Team, and play a key role in ensuring our customers orders are picked, packed and loaded accurately, on time and delivered in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring stock takes are accurate and the onsite warehouse is tidy and orderly

Picking, packing and actioning orders and ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly and on time

Ensure that stock is stored in a safe and secure manor and supports with replenishment when needed

Effective Incident Management - manage, prioritise and respond promptly and effectively to assigned Tickets - Managing assigned tasks, incidents, changes, project tasks and activities through to satisfactory conclusion according to SLA targets and in conjunction with the Service Desk team and IT Development teams

Support, set up and testing of equipment and devices

Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock

Effective escalation and communication to Management when required and appropriate

Liaise with 3rd party systems and service providers

Provide updates/ reports to Management

Answering telephone and email queries.

Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
Skills and experience
- Experience in a Warehouse Environment

Experience in Working in a Team environment
-
High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in an IT based Environment preferred but not essential

Hold a full and current driving license.
