The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of industry standards. Previous experience in food service or catering is highly valued, along with barista training and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Serve and prepare food & beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of all food items
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary considerations
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Food industry background including catering, food preparation, or beverage service is desirable
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
