Clinical Trials Management Intern
About You
You are a biotechnology, medical, or science student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a small biotech/pharma start-up. You have strong scientific thinking and writing skills, communicate clearly, work well in a team, and are highly organised with good time-management skills. You are motivated and eager to learn.
Qualifications & Availability
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student (medicine, science, or laboratory background)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Available 10–20 hours per week
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project team in the management of clinical trials and company projects
- Maintain, update, and audit company documentation
- Assist with management of third-party vendors (e.g. CROs)
- Track clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare, file, and archive trial documentation and reports
- Coordinate and document online meetings (materials, minutes, participants)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your mentor
